That moment when you have no idea what to post on IG but feel like you “need” to post something and you hate that feeling entirely. And you’re so dang distracted (hello Netflix) combined with slightly overwhelmed by the amount of work you need to get done (hello editing). Soooo you ultimately post one of your favorite pics from that time in #Charleston and hope for the best 🤘🏻

A hike in Rocky Mtn National Park a year ago last month, and a proposal - shaky words, an excited yes, and a beautiful diamond. And then yesterday rolled around...a setting sun, an epic field of wildflowers, and this couple with their perfect little love story.

To the girl who spent 45 solid mins in the car with her sister, saying how she wanted so badly for her guy to propose, and how her sister needed to have a little chat with him. To the same girl who's sister has a strong poker face. To the tour guide gal at @flatrockcellars in Canada, who was also in on the whole plan. And finally, to the moment that everyone suggested a picture of the two lovebirds, and the moment that this girl, Kathryn, went to wrap her arm around her guy, Andy, only to realize he was instead, on his knee.

Brace yourself.....there's a whole lot of overwhelming beauty over on the blog this fine little Thursday morning, and these three gorgeous sisters are the tip of that iceberg!!

We are officially a FAMILY OF FIVE!!! Big brother Dublin doesn't quite know it yet, ha!
Adopting twins - a boy and a girl - has been our plan for years - even long before our sweet Noah started getting sick. Dublin just so happened to come along first! We first saw their photos when they were just a couple weeks old and it was love at first sight! We met them August 3rd and claimed them as ours. And yesterday, we finally got to pick them up and bring them home!! Obsessed would be an understatement.

Their names have been picked out for as long as we wanted them, so let me introduce ---

PHILLIP + LILLIAN, aka: PHIL + LIL. If you know the reference to those names, you are awesome. If you don't know - you'll see a picture if you swipe! They are named after the twin babies from the old cartoon, Rugrats!!
