The Glow of Fall // Kansas City Engagement Session // Amber + Andrew

She knew he was going to propose, but she didn’t know when it was going to happen. Amber had given a little assistance in choosing her beautiful and unique engagement ring, but beyond that, it was hidden to her, just like Andrew’s proposal plans.

In a perfect, little and not at all overdone way - just like Amber preferred, Andrew surprised her on a Sunday evening at home. A very typical Sunday evening morphed into nothing shy of a monumental Sunday evening as Andrew nervously went to one knee and asked her to marry him. His words were rushed and nervous - her ears heard basically nothing, she didn’t need to, and he didn’t need to have some top notch speech…because ultimately, these two knew they wanted to marry one another. They’ve known for a long while. And Amber’s answer - a resounding YES - was coming for a long time before that quiet Sunday evening.

These two had a perfect and gorgeous glowing Fall evening for their engagement session, and the combination of Fall evening light, a couple in love, and a beautiful love story is a combo that you just can’t go wrong with!
