I believe life is even better when you leave room to notice it. I think people and their stories are endlessly interesting (which surprises absolutely no one who's met me). Like, tell me how you met, the story of your proposal, what your pet's personality is like... I promise I'm already invested.
I don't think I've ever been very good at simply watching life happen. I'm constantly noticing it, feeling it, romanticizing it... yes, even the really ordinary stuff. It's just how I'm wired.
Somewhere along the way, I realized photography wasn't just something I love doing — it was actually the perfect home for all those instincts to land. And I truly believe that's where the best photos begin.

and I’m not exactly subtle about it.
Fueled by coffee, cats, true crime...
