Together for nearly 10 years, engaged as of last year on a trip to NYC, and tying the knot next summer. These high school sweethearts that smile endlessly when in each other's arms, make each other laugh like no one else, and share something that is clearly so so special.

A mutual friend wanted them to meet, but Katie was so against being set up. One look at Matt, and I believe her words were “Dang it.” They talked afterwards, online, eventually via phone calls, and when Matt asked Katie to prom - she was elated. That prom led to the next, and the next. Those proms had dates in between, and all the while - these two were falling hopelessly in love with each other.

Years later - post college, after long distance, after moving from one spot to the next, moving in together, and adopting 2 doggies… a trip to New York City was in the works. Katie had a feeling a proposal might happen, and finally, after a few days touring the Big Apple, a proposal indeed happened, in none other than the iconic, Central Park.

Now here they are - nearly 10 years under their belt, a wedding day fast approaching, and a lifetime together ahead of them still to go!
