He tricked her...in the very best way possible. Ryan had told Amanda given the fact that they were college students, busy ones at that...still trying to figure out their careers, trying to figure out life in general, the simple and sensible decision to wait a few more years to tie the knot made the most sense.

For these high school sweethearts, who knew they wanted to eventually marry one another - the decision to hold off a few years truly did make great sense. And Amanda completely agreed. 

What Amanda didn't know was that Ryan was simply trying to throw her off his scent.

A trip to Chicago in December of last year...and a day over at the famous Millennial Park....there was a secret lurking, a secret in the shape of a diamond ring and a question Ryan had on his mind and heart....all for Amanda. 

Now, these two will tie that knot that Amanda thought wouldn't happen for several more years in just a few short months, and it's going to be a great day!
