Through all their days and time spent apart as John's military career took him all over the place - Haley was and is one seriously strong girl. When he was sitting in the middle of nowhere and receiving care packages from Haley, and only Haley. When Haley was keeping their lives together back home. It's in those moments that prove just how strongly these two hold each other up. And they do it nonstop, knowing that distance means next to nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Ultimately, they'll be together much longer than they'll be apart, and that fact is their primary focus. This wild ride they are on and have been on since day one is a ride that neither of them take for granted, or would choose to have any other way. They are going to take on this old world together!
