WEST BOTTOMS

Key features + Notes: West Bottoms is a bit of an iconic location for Kansas City with a lot of variety and various areas to do photos! I definitely have a few spots that are fairly close together and know from experience they photograph super well! The metal bridge pictured a few times below is very popular for photos — but note that it is a working bridge, and unfortunately most drivers that come through aren’t the best at slowing down, we simply need to just keep our eyes open! West Bottoms can be a great option for a “walking engagement session” — where we park our cars in one location and just walk on foot to find our own little photo spots the whole time!
Parking: Various areas to park on the street — some areas are a bit on the questionable side, we just need to be aware of our surroundings :)
