KC SCOUT STATUE / KC SKYLINE

Key features + Notes: This spot offers a unique few of downtown KC facing north! The grass is mowed and usually in decent shape. Some questionable folk hang around this area on the regular so we need to be mindful of that, as well as careful of where we walk at due to glass bottles and such. Minus the view of Kansas City, one spot by some trees, and then a nearby monument which can be seen in the third photo below, (we’d have to drive about 2 mins from here for the monument), that’s about all this area has to offer, but still pretty for sure!
Parking: We have to park at a nearby public skate park, parking is a little limited — we’ll walk from there down to this spot, which isn’t too far!
