LEGACY AT GREEN HILLS

• Key features + Notes: The Legacy is one of the most popular wedding venues in the KC area and while it can’t exactly be used on the weekends for an engagement session (due to weddings) it can be used through the week! This venue typically requires a fee to use their property for photos, but it is so worth it! This place offers an absolutely beautiful field that will have beautiful tall grass, or foxtails, or….wildflowers! all depending on the season. It’s beautiful year round, but those wildflowers are definitely a sight to see (blooming approx mid June through Mid September). In addition to all that, they have wooded area that is beautiful which leads down to a pond and the lighting there will stop you in your tracks, absolutely stunning! One photo below showcases the little boat they have which can be used for photos — this boat is a rental item you can choose to add on, and the venue would charge a fee for. However, one pic is all it takes to show you how worth it it would be! Overall, this is a great place for your engagement photos! This property IS maintained, but due to the field and the rustic feel of the pond, I’m quick to categorize it as the natural type area!
